Chongqing WideBean Technology Co., Ltd. (“WideBean”) was founded in June 2018 to deliver complete automation assembly and inspection solutions for manufacturers, with one purpose — make manufacturing easier.
In inspection, our industrial algorithms and self-developed vision system help customers build new quality-control models covering flow, pressure, temperature and dimensional measurement; in assembly, our lean modular design digitizes core plant data for easier monitoring and higher efficiency. Five questions we hear most
Our process is confidential. How do you protect it?
We sign a strict NDA, keep project files encrypted and restrict access to named engineers. Your process parameters are entered by your own staff — we only turn them into a reliable mechanism and program.
What happens when a machine goes down?
4-hour response and same-day attendance in Chongqing; 48 hours elsewhere in China. Remote diagnostics resolve most parameter and program issues. 12-month warranty, lifetime technical support.
How long from contract to production?
45–60 days for a standalone machine, 60–90 days for stations with vision or robotics. The contract includes staged milestones — concept freeze, design freeze, factory acceptance, on-site commissioning.
How fast does the investment pay back?
It depends on labour replaced and cycle improvement. We provide a calculation at proposal stage: headcount replaced, cycle gain, yield improvement — typically a 12–24 month payback at your labour rate.
Can the machine handle product changes?
Changeover is designed in from day one: quick-change fixtures, parameter recipes and vision templates. Minor revisions need only a recipe change; structural changes usually need a fixture swap, not a new machine.
